Nidec S10P1G – The General Purpose Three Phase, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) World Motor HOSTILE DUTY® NEMA® Premium Efficient is a versatile motor designed for demanding applications in harsh operating conditions. It features Class F insulation and a Class B rise at full load on 60 Hz power. The motor has a durable cast iron frame and end brackets, with a corrosion-resistant mill and chemical duty paint for added protection. It offers dual voltage operation at 230/460 volts and has a 40°C ambient temperature rating. The motor is self-certified for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations and has double shielded bearings for enhanced durability. It includes a shaft slinger for IP54 protection and a steel fan cover and conduit box. With a 1.15 service factor at 60 Hz, the motor delivers reliable performance. It can be field-converted to F2 mounting and includes condensation drains with plastic plugs. The motor is suitable for a wide range of applications, including pulp & paper plants, saw mills, mines, foundries, chemical plants, waste management facilities, and other process-related industries.
