Nidec U1P3G – The General Purpose Three Phase, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) STEEL EDGE™ motor is designed for a wide range of industrial equipment applications. It features a rolled steel frame for durability and reliability. The motor has class F insulation, providing excellent thermal protection, and operates with a class B rise at full load on 60 Hertz sine wave power. It is equipped with a shaft slinger on the pulley end to protect the motor from contaminants. With a 40°C ambient temperature rating and NEMA® Design B performance on 60 Hertz sine wave power, the motor ensures reliable performance in various operating conditions. The motor uses sealed bearings for the 140 frame size and double-shielded bearings for the 180 frame and above, ensuring smooth operation and extended life. It has dual voltage ratings, making it suitable for part winding start (PWS) on low voltage systems. This motor is ideal for general industrial equipment such as fans, blowers, compressors, pumps, and direct connected equipment.
